Returns - You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item - Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return - A receipt or proof of purchase is required - Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return Return Process 1. Contact us at support@klperformance.shop to initiate a return 2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number 3. Package the item securely with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation 4. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number Return Shipping Costs - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped) - We recommend using a trackable shipping method Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund - Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment - Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
